📦 Return Policy
Because our products are:
- Handmade in small batches
- Made with natural, sensitive ingredients
- Intended for personal skin and body care
We do not accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or change-of-mind reasons.
🚨 Returnable Cases
You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The item you received is incomplete or missing.
To qualify, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share unboxing photos/videos as proof via email or WhatsApp.
💰 Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The returned product is approved based on the above conditions.
- We are unable to replace the item.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank/Easypaisa) or as store credit, depending on the case.
Note: Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders unless return is approved due to our error.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Delay in delivery due to courier service
- Allergy or skin reactions (please do a patch test before use)
